JASA joined the World Autism Organisation in a worldwide balloon release on Saturday, April 2nd in the Emancipation Park.
There is something about seeing balloons in Jamaican and JASA colours fill up the sky and then spread out.
It is as if each balloon represents JASA’s message of Autism Awareness and is slowly spreading throughout all of Jamaica.
A wonderful pore-raising tear jerking event as usual
and this year even more special was the presence of our children.
Seeing them running around enjoying the wonderful openness of the Emancipation Park and then releasing their own balloons
Can only be described as PRICELESS!.
April is World Autism Awareness month make an effort to share a few things about Autism with someone who knows nothing about the disorder.
