The Jamaica Autism Support Association (JASA) will be hosting their first fundraiser on Saturday May 14th from 7-11PM at Spanish Court Hotel.
JASA’s Cocktails for Autism Awareness will culminate the activities for the month of April which is World Autism Awareness Month. It will be an evening where we show our appreciation for supporters of JASA including major company CEO’s, our faithful sponsors, members of Rotary and Kiwanis service clubs, family and friends. We are pleased to have the classic melodies of pianist Peter Stoddart as we sip on cocktails and sample hors d’oeuvres. Also as an added attraction there will be an auction of art created by some of our talented children on the spectrum.
Part proceeds from this event will be put towards our goal of spreading autism awareness in Jamaica through workshops, support groups etc. and expanding outside of Kingston. The other part will benefit a resource center that we are working toward.
